ManageEngine Mobile Device Management (MDM) assists IT administrators in efficiently controlling Android devices, including Samsung KNOX & SAFE. This MDM App allows for the enrollment of corporate and BYOD Android devices into ManageEngine’s MDM software console, accessible through download for On-Premises installation or cloud-based access. It equips IT administrators to effectively manage these devices by implementing profiles and enforcing necessary restrictions.

Device Enrollment Instructions:
<ol>
 <li>Download and install the ManageEngine MDM app on your device.</li>
 <li>Enter the login credentials provided by your IT administrator.</li>
 <li>After authentication, your device will receive profiles, settings, and apps based on organizational requirements.</li>
</ol>

Note: This complimentary MDM app is designed to work in synergy with the ManageEngine MDM software specifically for managing Android, Samsung KNOX, and SAFE devices. IT administrators can choose to deploy the MDM software on a host system or utilize it in the cloud. Device owners will receive credentials and guidelines from IT admins regarding the MDM app usage. Following this, the MDM App should be installed on the device to enable access to corporate resources such as email, applications, and other essentials mandated by the organization, aiding in monitoring devices to prevent theft or breaches.
